This Return and Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including the Competition Act and relevant provincial consumer protection legislation.
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all return requests.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged, or incorrect as supplied:
Perishable goods
Personalized or custom-made products
Digital products, downloadable items, or gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days, in accordance with Canadian regulations.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or if the return is due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If an exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Supporting evidence such as photos or videos may be requested to process your claim.
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
For orders shipped outside Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges incurred on international shipments are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost and any return-to-origin fees may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds for international returns will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection laws.
In provinces where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will prevail over this policy.
